Enjoy Prompt: Just Breathe

Can you believe it’s the last week of January?  I don’t know about you, but this month has gone by pretty fast for me and I’m already getting pretty overwhelmed!

So this week’s enjoy prompt is dedicated to taking a step back for some relaxation.  If you are feeling a bit stressed or overwhelmed, take a few minutes to just breathe.  You can meditate or simply inhale and exhale.  Take at least five breaths in and out.  I like to perform a forward bend and take a few slow breaths.  It releases the tension in my neck and shoulders, helping relieve stress.

    Your outfit is cute! I’m with you about taking a cue to meditate or engage in deep breathing. I can’t believe this month has flown by, but I rather take it through balance versus otherwise. Great post!
