Can you believe it’s the last week of January? I don’t know about you, but this month has gone by pretty fast for me and I’m already getting pretty overwhelmed!
So this week’s enjoy prompt is dedicated to taking a step back for some relaxation. If you are feeling a bit stressed or overwhelmed, take a few minutes to just breathe. You can meditate or simply inhale and exhale. Take at least five breaths in and out. I like to perform a forward bend and take a few slow breaths. It releases the tension in my neck and shoulders, helping relieve stress.
